AAA Collaborative Agreement:
This Collaborative Agreement outlines the operational guidelines and norms agreed upon by new clients of The AAAr and Team AAA (the COMPANY). These guidelines are established to set clear expectations for our collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing overall performance. By signing this document, both the client and the COMPANY commit to collaboratively building a legacy program.
COMPANY Commitments:
Provision of a Supportive Environment:
The COMPANY is dedicated to creating an atmosphere that fosters cooperation, productivity, shared responsibility, and celebration.
To this end, the COMPANY commits to providing the following resources to each client:
a. Resources for Support:
The COMPANY acknowledges the challenges of participating in an online PROGRAM and is committed to offering substantial support. This includes weekly group calls with Dr. Samira Hosseini and the coaching team for live interactions and inquiries, a group with active daily engagement and 24-hour response times, and access to key Team AAA members for additional support and information.
b. Fierce Commitment to Client Growth:
Team AAA adheres to a set of core values, each aimed at enhancing client interactions with our products and services. Every team member is trained to understand how their role contributes to an improved client experience. The COMPANY is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality in its products and services and continuously seeks ways to enhance its operations in line with this commitment.
c. Duration of Access:
As the CLIENT grows and evolves in their academic journey, so does the COMPANY. Clients benefit from this mutual growth throughout the lifespan of The AAA. Annual updates and expansions of the PROGRAM allow clients to learn and integrate new strategies into their scholarly production. The COMPANY's commitment to creating worldwide success ripples ensures that clients have ongoing access to new learnings and developments in the COMPANY's journey. Our commitment to you ends when you arrive at the intended outcome of the program (H-index 30). You may remain a permanent member of the Mastermind Community.
Client Commitments:
a. Personal Dedication to Growth:
Participation in the AAA requires a personal commitment to academic development. While the PROGRAM provides an efficient framework for success, it is not a service that accomplishes tasks on behalf of the client, nor is it an instantaneous solution for academic success. It offers a strategic path, but the client is responsible for actively progressing along it. Consistency in effort, regardless of the daily amount, is crucial. By enrolling in this PROGRAM, the client agrees to adhere to the system and to consistently devote effort in a manner that aligns with their personal schedule and life circumstances.
b. Seeking Assistance:
Researchers and academic scholars are typically self-reliant problem-solvers, but as a client of The AAA, there may be times when it is necessary to seek assistance. The PROGRAM provides a comprehensive support system, and clients are encouraged to utilize this resource. By participating in this PROGRAM, the client agrees to request help when needed and to persist in seeking solutions until they are able to progress. The PROGRAM is committed to the client's success and offers support at every stage.
c. Embracing Radical Accountability:
A key value of Team AAA is radical accountability, encompassing both the acknowledgment of mistakes and the celebration of successes. This involves learning from errors and pausing to recognize achievements. In the publication journey, comparison and resulting paralysis can be detrimental. By joining this PROGRAM, the client agrees to view failures as opportunities for feedback and learning. Additionally, the client commits to acknowledging and celebrating their progress and successes.
Code of Ethical Conduct:
Confidentiality Obligation:
All group members must strictly comply with a confidentiality agreement. This agreement mandates that any scientific findings, data, discussions, or intellectual property disclosed within this group remain strictly confidential. Any breach of this confidentiality agreement will result in immediate expulsion from the group and may incur additional consequences based on the breach's severity.
Requirement of Civility and Support:
Members are expected to foster a welcoming, supportive, and productive community. Respect, kindness, and supportive interactions are fundamental. This environment is crucial for collective progress and mutual encouragement.
Ban on External Disclosure:
It is explicitly prohibited for members to share, discuss, or reference any content from this group on external platforms or settings, including other social media, public forums, or personal communications.
Prohibition of Promotions and Spam:
Members should contribute positively to the group. Posting of external links, self-promotion, spam, or irrelevant links is not allowed and may result in the revocation of group access.
No Complaints or Negative Behavior:
Complaints, negative behavior, or toxicity are not permitted in the group. Members should distinguish between seeking support and complaining. Complaints are viewed as relinquishing power and accountability, whereas seeking support is empowering. Negative or complaining members may be removed from the group to maintain a safe and positive environment.
Customer Support Issues:
Customer support-related inquiries should not be discussed within the group. The group's focus is on mutual support, encouragement, and feedback. For customer support, members should directly contact the provided email address. Members are responsible for engaging with the PROGRAM curriculum and seeking assistance proactively.
No Solicitation:
Advertising, soliciting, fundraising, or spamming in any form is strictly forbidden. Any posts or comments involving other services, organizations, businesses, solicitation, fundraising, or spam will be removed, and the offending member will be expelled from the group. This includes discussions about collaborating with third-party service providers, which contradicts the PROGRAM curriculum and can create confusion among members.
Feedback Alignment with PROGRAM Methodology:
Members should refrain from providing feedback that deviates from the AAA methodology to avoid confusion, especially for new clients. Questions and feedback should be relevant to the PROGRAM. For further inquiries or clarifications, members are advised to contact the provided email address.
Zero Tolerance for Plagiarism:
Members are strictly prohibited from plagiarizing any training materials, content from the PROGRAM, or any materials shared by PROGRAM participants. Plagiarism, defined as the copying or imitation of someone else's work and presenting it as one's own without proper acknowledgment, is a serious violation of the PROGRAM's ethical standards. Any member found to have plagiarized PROGRAM materials or materials shared by participants of the PROGRAM will be subject to immediate removal from the PROGRAM.
Indemnification for Misconduct:
Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of any scientific data or academic content they contribute to the PROGRAM. In the event of the publication of erroneous scientific data or the commitment of any form of academic fraud by a member, the COMPANY, including its representatives, staff, and other designated individuals, shall not be held liable or responsible for such misconduct. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY and its representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their wrongful conduct within the PROGRAM. This clause is intended to protect the COMPANY and its staff from the repercussions of individual members' actions that contravene academic integrity and ethical standards.
Welcome to AAA! We wish you an incredible journey.
